WHAT: Our year-round Ninja class programs are a structured class with weekly lesson plans. Ninja’s will be coached and guided with instructions during the entire class. Coaches will focus on building confidence in your Ninja(s) through fun and fitness. Kids will have the chance to test their limits in a safe environment, navigating obstacles with children their own age.
WHO: USA Ninja Challenge is open to students of all skill, abilities and social-emotional backgrounds. We do require students to exhibit the ability to understand and adhere to the following rules of our gym to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all children:
A. Ninjas must remain with the coach.
B. Ninjas are expected to follow the direction and instruction of where to be and how to use the equipment in the gym.
C. Ninjas must keep their personal space between other campers. This is a non-contact sport and our hands and feet must remain to ourselves at all times. This includes waiting our turn on obstacles.
Behavioral Policy:
Ninja Coaches will follow a 3 step discipline technique:
*There is a zero- tolerance policy for inappropriate language and violence at USA Ninja Challenge.
WHEN: Our program runs year-round on a month-to-month basis. Our enrollment manager will help you find an appropriate class. Your ninja will attend the class the same day and time each week. We do not offer drop-ins. If your Ninja is loving class, we are more than happy to add a second class to your schedule. Classes are divided by age groups so that we can teach to each level accordingly. 4-5, 6-8, 9-11, 12-17. *Make - up classes are not guaranteed. If you miss a class due to personal reasons, we may be able to accomodate a Saturday option for weekday students to attend, and Saturday students will be offered a weekday option. This will be limited to availability and to be used only once per month (not to exceed 4 per year) and are to be used in the month of the missed class.

Shoulder length or longer hair must be secure in a pony, braid or bun. No belts, drawstrings, long sleeves, hoods or socks. Ninja workout in bare feet.
HOW: . Coaches will be using tablets in the gym while coaching. These are used to take roll, organize class groups, and assess skills during class. These tablets interact with the screens that you see in the viewing area to display skill achievements for the ninjas during their class times.
